It has been estimated that:

Every 1.5 seconds a shelter animal is killed.

One female cat and her offspring can produce 420,000 cats in 7 years.

Did you know that it costs taxpayers $2 billion each year to round up, house, kill and dispose of the over 10 million homeless animals each year in the USA? Over 71% of these are cats and kittens.

Did you know that uUnaltered cats are at high risk of developing cancer of the testes or uterus.

If you need help in dealing with a situation concerning cats that are multiplying, the reality is that rescue organizations receive far more requests for assistance than they can adequately respond to. Therefore the public needs to become more involved.

In the future we hope to be able to provide some assistance to qualified individuals who need help trapping MULTIPLE cats,  and/or who need help with transporting cats in need of spay and neuter services.  Assistance will  depend upon the availability of volunteers.

If helping cats is something you'd like to do and you'd like to volunteer please Contact us. Training and traps are available for cat trapping volunteers. We also need volunteers to help transport and to provide surgery aftercare for post-surgical cats.
